Job Summary
A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Epic Service Desk Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to questions regarding the functionality, performance and availability of business applications
- Ensure that the Help Desk function delivers at a service level consistent
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience should include a minimum of one year of relevant Epic services
- A minimum of one year of relevant Help Desk and customer service experience
- Knowledge of computer/network principles
