An Information Technology consulting company has a current position open for a Remote Epic Threat Detection and Response Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Provide go-live and rollout support
  • Support users on new applications, modules, and functionality
  • Provide application troubleshooting support for the application

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong desktop skills Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Evaluate the operational workflow that is applied to the system
  • Configure application settings and validate configurations performed by Application Analyst
  • Experience dealing with end users
  • Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
