Job Summary
A healthcare solutions company has an open position for a Remote Epic Training Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Epic training department, including designing, developing and facilitating the delivery of the Epic training curriculum
- Overseeing coordinating implementation training schedules and access and build of training facilities during implementations
- Managing a team of Instructional Designers and hires and onboards a team of Credentialed Trainers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 10 years working experience, 5 years of which must be as a Project Manager
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, negotiating, analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills with direct project team reports and with staff from across the organization
- Creative, self-directed, innovative, results and detail oriented
