Qualifications for this position include:

- Preferred Epic Compass Rose Certification
- Strong ability to define system scope and objectives
- Proficient in preparing detailed specifications for program development
- Skilled in coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs
- Demonstrated experience providing guidance and training to application specialists
