Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Equity Advancement Program Outreach Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day program activities
- Engage with participants online by answering questions
- Assist in the guidance and coaching of participants in our workforce development programs
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years experience in relationship management, outreach communications, or member experience
- Social media outreach, community organizing and promotional skills
- Ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Proficient with applications and community platforms including Zoom, Slack, Microsoft applications
- Experience working in a growth environment and being comfortable with a dynamic role
