Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Equity Advancement Program Outreach Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day program activities
  • Engage with participants online by answering questions
  • Assist in the guidance and coaching of participants in our workforce development programs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2-3 years experience in relationship management, outreach communications, or member experience
  • Social media outreach, community organizing and promotional skills
  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient with applications and community platforms including Zoom, Slack, Microsoft applications
  • Experience working in a growth environment and being comfortable with a dynamic role
