Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining DEI strategy and vision, including short and long-term goal definition
- Managing and owning DEI projects and program execution
- Serving as a DEI subject matter expert
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience leading complex Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of diversity, inclusion, global cultural competencies, and equity strategies
- Results-oriented leader committed to meeting people where they are
- Proven ability to think strategically around DEI’s application to HR, lines of business, and business objectives
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple partners
- Strong understanding of industry benchmarks, leading practices, and innovations in DEI
