Job Summary

An apparel company has a current position open for a Remote Equity and Inclusion Programs and Operations Diversity Head in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a leader, advisor, advocate, catalyst for change, and institutional resource
  • Overseeing and driving global DEI initiatives directly and through management of DEI
  • Designing and leading the DEI Index and recognition strategy focused on building awareness

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 7-9 years of direct DE&I, HR, culture, learning and development and change management experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of effective practices for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Strong influencing and people leadership
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams that do not have a direct, formal reporting structure
  • Comfortable with data and able to analyze and communicate data intelligently and with insight
  • Experience in working in an international/global and decentralized organization
