An apparel company has a current position open for a Remote Equity and Inclusion Programs and Operations Diversity Head in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a leader, advisor, advocate, catalyst for change, and institutional resource
- Overseeing and driving global DEI initiatives directly and through management of DEI
- Designing and leading the DEI Index and recognition strategy focused on building awareness
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7-9 years of direct DE&I, HR, culture, learning and development and change management experience
- Exceptional knowledge of effective practices for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
- Strong influencing and people leadership
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams that do not have a direct, formal reporting structure
- Comfortable with data and able to analyze and communicate data intelligently and with insight
- Experience in working in an international/global and decentralized organization
