Job Summary
A manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Equity Compensation Manager and Stock Plan Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Manage equity programs, including direct management of equity plan administration and plan compliance
- Administer equity plans
- Administer Global Employee Stock Purchase Plan, including enrollments, auditing contributions and reporting
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources or related field
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a stock administration / equity compensation role within a public company
- Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation and general knowledge of global taxation
- Solid understanding of tax/accounting/legal/regulatory issues related to equity compensation programs
- Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and HR information systems, with high level of attention to details and accuracy
- Advanced analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way
