Job Summary

A property consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Equity Property Condition Report Assessor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct site reconnaissance
  • Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation
  • Perform field assessments of limited/selected property types, interviews, and independent research

Required Skills:

  • Travel on short notice (one week or less) will be required at times
  • Bachelor Degree from accredited college or university in architecture, engineering, or related field
  • 2 years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting
  • 5+ years in construction, property management, or other real estate consulting services
