Job Summary

A leader for storage and information management services is in need of a Remote ER Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Handle escalated queries from tier 1 and 2
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation with people managers
  • Provide execution advice and support

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years progressive experience in HR required with demonstrated required functional knowledge & expertise
  • A track record of identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships
  • Must possess demonstrated understanding of continuous performance measurement
