Job Summary
A company that performs community-based work to eradicate cancer in the United States has a current position open for a Remote Eradicate Cancer Text and Email Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting shared accountability with field staff in local text campaign initiatives to deliver on campaign goals
- Monitoring and supporting resolution of customer service escalations related to all text marketing activities
- Managing text production processes, schedules, and overall ACS text communication calendar
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMC) Email Specialist certification
- Advanced writing, editing, proofreading skills and presentation skills; high attention to detail
- Track record of managing multi-faceted marketing projects
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies used with customers/constituents
