Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Remote eReader Illustrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating age appropriate narrative art for Supplemental eReader books, from 12 to 18 pages long
- Collaborating closely with the art director to gather requirements for art specs, and produce illustrations from sketch to final art
- Articulating concepts and creative solutions visually and verbally
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, illustration, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in illustration
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with creating rapid sketches and thumbnails for review and feedback
- Experience with creating rich, high-fidelity illustration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
