Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote ERISA Attorney.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a compliance department
  • Peer review DB and Health & Welfare plan documents and amendments
  • Prepare and review termination documentation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Strong concentration in Defined Benefit and Health & Welfare compliance regulations
  • Ability to act as a client facing ERISA attorney as well as internal resource
  • Familiarity with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and ERISA
  • Ability to conduct research independently
