Remote Escalation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Escalation Engineer - MSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for customer satisfaction and provide technical support for systems, software, and hardware
• Document and update internal knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and wikis
• Participate in training incoming staff and engage in after-hours escalation on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior technical engineer, preferably in an MSP environment
• Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues
• Current Microsoft, Azure, or cloud computing certifications, or equivalent
• Advanced skills in managing Active Directory Domain environments
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in support and engineering of Windows on-premise and cloud environments
