A company that delivers information technology solutions is in need of a Remote Escalation Engineer Subject Matter Expert.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, manage, and remedy escalated tickets with the service desk leadership
  • Address critical client infrastructure issues
  • Assist in providing escalation metrics and requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 5 years IT experience supporting and managing technical issues
  • Has strong conceptual understanding of various IT technologies
  • Possesses strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate the team and make challenging decisions
