Job Summary
A provider of title insurance and settlement services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Escrow Banking Specialist in Scottsdale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing requests for stop payments, check copies, Cashier’s Checks, and inquiries received from escrow branch
- Assisting escrow personnel with any IBA, First American Trust Bank or any outside banking issues
- Communicating and working with offshore personnel processing positive pay requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 2+ years of related experience
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
