An eSignature technology company has an open position for a Remote eSignature Technology Financial Services Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as thought leader, customer advocate and partner to the most strategic customers
- Develop and execute success plans
- Analyze usage patterns to provide insights and guidance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- More than 8 years of customer-facing experience managing to successful and proven outcomes
- More than 5 years of SaaS experience
- More than 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
