Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Manager Energy Engineering - ESPC.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing energy engineers and acting lead energy engineer for Federal Energy Savings Performance Contracts
  • Representing engineering team on senior project management reviews and customer oral interviews
  • Developing and maintaining standards (M&Ps) for the engineering/analysis functions and activities

Required Skills:

  • Support Account Executives in prospecting clients, support on-site meetings, participate in sales presentations
  • Engineering degree preferred
  • Experience developing ESPCs
  • Engineering leadership experience
