Remote ESS Team Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote ESS Team Analyst will manage the automation of job processing, respond to Service Desk escalations, and ensure adherence to organizational standards for system operations and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Service Desk escalations and identified technical incidents
• Create and document procedures for work orders and maintenance tasks
• Participate in cross-functional project work, leading technical teams and providing design input

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience
• Solid working experience with job scheduling technologies such as Broadcom Automic or similar products
• Prior experience reading and digesting technical information
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple work priorities
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
