Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Estate Planning Paralegal in Reston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Researching tax and estate planning issues as they arise
- Managing the queue of estate planning work/tasks for the team
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and phone calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- Half on-site, half virtual
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with high net worth individuals in taxable estates
- 3+ years' experience working in estate planning required
- Demonstrated ability to understand and learn legal terminology
- Knowledge of estate planning (i.e. definitions and distinctions of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts)
