Job Summary

An ethical review company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Ethical and Regulatory Review Client Care Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring each client you interact with has a positive experience
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in dealing with clients
  • Conducting research on the status of protocol / study when necessary

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of experience providing similar service to clients
  • Demonstrated proficiency as a Connexus super user
  • Advanced knowledge of IRIS and operational workflow and submission process
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Must have strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy in a highly regulated industry
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
