Remote Ethics Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

Providing high-quality instruction for undergraduate pre-nursing ethics courses, the part-time Remote Ethics Adjunct Faculty will support students online, facilitate class discussions, and collaborate with program faculty on curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely feedback and support to students in an online classroom environment
• Facilitate class sizes of up to 30 students and conduct periodic synchronous interaction sessions
• Participate in program planning and development, providing feedback for course improvement

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Theology, Religious Studies, or a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in ethics or moral philosophy
• Minimum of three years of online teaching experience in higher education preferred
• Past or current experience in Bible, Ministry, nursing, or ethics
• Proficiency in APA style and computer literacy in software and internet-based applications
• Willingness to support the Christian mission of the university
