Remote Ethics and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A leader in digital supply chain transformations is in need of a Remote Ethics and Compliance Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing strategy on policy management, ensuring timely updates to Company policies and related procedures
• Leading Code of Conduct investigations as appropriate
• Managing the administration of the Company’s compliance technology platforms

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, or 3+ years with a JD
• Experience with internal investigations; conflicts of interest; bribery and anti-corruption; third -party risk management
• Demonstrated experience regarding compliance training and awareness activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
• Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills
