Remote Ethics and Compliance Vice President

Job Summary

A smart home company has a current position open for a Remote Ethics and Compliance Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Overseeing the alignment and implementation of policies with compliance controls
• Acting as an advisor to management on business controls impacted by compliance
• Managing control compliance through data, including KPIs and KRIs

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with third-party risk management programs
• Experience managing teams and interacting with business executives
• Proficient technical skills, including audit, controls, business analysis, change management, IT and business risk management
• Superior organizational skills
• Executive-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead discussions and meetings
• Experience performing risk assessments, identifying risks, and designing risk mitigation strategies
