Job Summary

A provider of international payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance is in need of a Remote Europe People Ops Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Continuously identify and implement ways to improve the employee experience by engaging with employees and bringing perspective on best practices
• Manage employee data and serve as subject matter expert, ensuring information is current, kept safe and confidential
• Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of People Operations best practices
• International HR experience within European Countries
• Demonstrated desire to develop international payroll expertise
• Demonstrated productivity geek that will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up work
• Ability to write and speak fluent English
• Ability to manage existing relationships with payroll and benefits service providers
