Job Summary
A provider of international payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance is in need of a Remote Europe People Ops Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Continuously identify and implement ways to improve the employee experience by engaging with employees and bringing perspective on best practices
- Manage employee data and serve as subject matter expert, ensuring information is current, kept safe and confidential
- Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of People Operations best practices
- International HR experience within European Countries
- Demonstrated desire to develop international payroll expertise
- Demonstrated productivity geek that will constantly think of ways to improve and speed up work
- Ability to write and speak fluent English
- Ability to manage existing relationships with payroll and benefits service providers
