Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Evaluation and Learning Senior Manager.
Must be able to:

- Enhance systems and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality project management
- Manage significant matters
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 10 years of closely related experience
- Experience leading efforts closely aligned to the functions described above
- Leadership in the design and execution of the evaluation of complex, multi-faceted programs
- Understanding of equity principles, community engagement, best practices in evaluation
- Expertise in conducting community-based data collection for evaluation
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program evaluation purposes
