A university is filling a position for a Remote Evening and Weekend Program Student Support Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the new student intake process by working with admissions
- Creating and confirming an accurate financial plan
- Using a high level of discretion and independent judgment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Outstanding customer service skills with 1+ years of customer service or related experience
- Ability to work a variety of office hours including evenings and weekends
- High level of interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively
