An e-commerce company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Evening Shift Health Customer Care Associate in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help, support and care for our customers
  • Answer phones and assist customers with order placement, reorders, product questions and guidance
  • Ensure every customer feels valued and supported

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years recent experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, or degree in relevant field
  • Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
  • Proven history of strong service attitude

  • Availability to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
