A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Evenings Software Service Desk Analyst I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing end user application support
- Utilizing application tools, assists users with access & provisioning, installs & deploys applications
- Documenting and submiting new content to the knowledgebase
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Experience 1 year relevant experience
- Able to use communication skills to listen to, identify & address customer needs
