Job Summary
The Event Coordinator is responsible for the creation of event proposals and the coordination of event details prior to the launch of the actual event.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Create event proposals based on details provided by the Event Planners
Coordinate resources necessary for the event
Meet with event customers to assure event needs are met
Triage technical and development questions and issues
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required
Experience:
1+ years experience in customer service
Ability to drive towards a specific goal
Team Player
Detail-oriented
Organized
Comfortable with technology
A deep understanding of technology preferred
