Job Summary
An industry news provider has an open position for a Remote Event Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain detailed speaker contact spreadsheets
- Create online speaker profiles
- Create on-site PowerPoints and other marketing collateral as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel to events as needed to help with onsite execution
- 1 to 2 years of experience planning events, meetings, conferences, trade shows or parties
- Willingness to roll-up sleeves to help execute event programs
- Extremely organized and high attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
