Job Summary

An industry news provider has an open position for a Remote Event Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain detailed speaker contact spreadsheets
  • Create online speaker profiles
  • Create on-site PowerPoints and other marketing collateral as needed

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel to events as needed to help with onsite execution
  • 1 to 2 years of experience planning events, meetings, conferences, trade shows or parties
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves to help execute event programs
  • Extremely organized and high attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
