A tech company is in need of a Remote Excellence Strategy and Operations Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and own clear communication frameworks and strategies on behalf of People Experience
- Steward a service model design strategy via data-driven analyses and complex problem structuring
- Anticipate and avert process breakdowns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in managing projects with multiple players across cross-functional teams
- 7 years of experience in strategy, program management, process improvement, service operations, and consulting
