Job Summary
A financial technology company has a current position open for a Remote Exception Management Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling all exceptions escalated from the Customer Service team including failed funding instructions and ACH returns
- Approving daily settlement
- Managing questions from processors and providing support for processor audits
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in the payments industry with extensive customer service acumen in the space
- Understanding of money movement, payment processing, payment networks, disbursement of funds, and payment platforms
- Being motivated to operate and produce results in a fast growing company
- Being an excellent written and oral communicator with the ability to handle frustrated sub-merchants with a smile
- Being eager to put in the extra effort to ensure the work is complete and accurate
- Being able to think creatively and find new solutions when given new data or with changing circumstances
