Job Summary
An information technology and management consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Excess and Surplus Property Claims Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing associates, including performance management, salary planning and administration, etc
- Fostering the highest level of technical competency and professionalism with staff
- Managing and measuring individual performance and team operational results
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 8 years insurance claims experience
- Knowledge of the General Agency system, state insurance department regulation, etc
- Specific skill/knowledge in insurance lines or exposures such as Medical Liability
- The ability to effectively communicate interpersonally with individuals and groups
