Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Excess Professional Liability Claims Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing litigation with outside counsel and accounts
- Resolving cases via dismissal, settlement or trial
- Negotiating case resolutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of five years of claim experience with hospital excess (re)insurance professional liability
- Bachelor's degree, but, will consider less, if the candidate possesses other, pertinent industry experience
- Multi-state experience
