Job Summary

An insurance and finance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Excess Surplus Insurance Product Specialty Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Collaborating with various areas to design and develop Property & Casualty product solutions
• Focusing on policy form research and development
• Drafting policies, manuscript endorsements, policy language updates

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge of P&C insurance products and coverages including Commercial Auto and Commercial Property Insurance
• Strong understanding of contractual drafting and contract interpretation rules
• Ability to analyze and translate underwriting intent and correlate profitability impact into policy form language
• Ability to manage the policy product life cycle in collaboration with business partners
• Ability to draft policies, manuscript endorsements, policy language updates
• Proficient communication skills
