Job Summary
A private online marketplace for health insurance is in need of a Remote Executive Administrative Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Ensure assigned leaders are using their time effectively and to greatest impact.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to coordinate and communicate employee events such as group meetings, off-sites
- 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
- 4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
- Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint) and Google Suite
