Job Summary
A non-profit home healthcare provider has a current position open for a Remote Executive Affordable Housing Development Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct property need assessments and initial MSHDA scoring to ensure the successful completion of LIHTC applications
- Assume primary responsibility for securing the financing needed to develop affordable housing projects and assigned capital projects
- Identify high scoring properties that will be competitive for tax credit funded affordable housing projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree
- Training conducive to successful affordable housing development
- A minimum of five years of experience in supervision and administration of assigned projects
