Job Summary
To support exponential growth, a remote part-time Executive Assistant will manage client relations, oversee communication between clients and their teams, and coordinate various administrative tasks, with the potential to transition to full-time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients by managing communication and maintaining client relations
- Supervise administrative aspects of transactions for real estate clients, ensuring compliance and smooth processes
- Coordinate complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and manage various administrative tasks for multiple clients
Required qualifications
- 4 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior management
- Experience in real estate support and familiarity with brokers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to organize multiple projects
- Availability to respond to urgent requests promptly
