Job Summary
Providing comprehensive administrative support, the full-time Remote Executive Assistant will manage executive correspondence, maintain official documents, and coordinate schedules while ensuring the efficient operation of the executive's office.
Key responsibilities
- Composes routine executive correspondence and prepares reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
- Maintains the executive's calendar, schedules appointments, and organizes meetings and travel arrangements
- Responds to inquiries and serves as recording secretary for committee meetings, including transcribing minutes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- 5-7 years of office/clerical experience
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred coursework in business-related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
