Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Executive Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Support the calendar management, travel, and expenses of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Solutions Officer
- Anticipate and react to executive requests in timely and efficient manner
- Manage and own meetings and events
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Capable of presenting to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant, Project Management experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, public presentation, written and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests based on own judgment of importance/need to the department
