Job Summary

A healthcare company focused on primary care has a current position open for a Remote Executive Assistant in Portland.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing calendars, including internal and external commitments, including clinical engagements with partner practices
  • Resolving meeting conflicts proactively
  • Tracking agendas, ensure comprehensive notes, and manage action items, follow ups, and tasks on an ongoing basis

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • One year of experience as a Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Demonstrated passion about health care and interested in making a positive impact in the field
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent activities
  • Proven strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build content decks for clinical engagement in the market, including pulling market and practice-specific data from Tableau
