Job Summary
A healthcare company focused on primary care has a current position open for a Remote Executive Assistant in Portland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing calendars, including internal and external commitments, including clinical engagements with partner practices
- Resolving meeting conflicts proactively
- Tracking agendas, ensure comprehensive notes, and manage action items, follow ups, and tasks on an ongoing basis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- One year of experience as a Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant
- Demonstrated passion about health care and interested in making a positive impact in the field
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent activities
- Proven strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build content decks for clinical engagement in the market, including pulling market and practice-specific data from Tableau
