Job Summary

A shipping and logistics company is in need of a Remote Executive Assistant in the Chicago Area.

Must be able to:

Advises individuals inside and outside the organization on the executive views on major policies or current issues
Supports and assists the CEO, COO, VP/People and other executives
Reads outgoing correspondence for executive approval

Qualifications for this position include:

Remote role with residency within a 2 hour driving distance of the home office located in Chicago
7+ years administrative experience supporting C-level executives
Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint skills
Bachelor's degree
