Job Summary
An information technology and services company is seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff
- Support outbound and vendor management efforts
- Draft outbound emails for the CEO
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 3 years of related experience required
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
