Job Summary
A health and wellness planning company is filling a position for a Remote Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Must be able to:
- Master the CEO's daily calendar nuances, owning schedule adjustments or travel changes as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Team as needed (ie. calendaring, pulling reports and presentation updates)
- Coordinate and manage ad hoc projects for Executive Team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably)
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Aptitude for communicating with diverse, senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a high-growth startup setting
- Experience with high-volume calendaring and travel
