A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Executive Career Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing education and career guidance to clients via 1:1 phone sessions and email on career and leadership topics
- Presenting educational workshops and webinars virtually to groups of 100+ people
- Adapting to new technology to help scale our services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A background or degree in organizational psychology, sociology, human resources or relevant program of study
- Demonstrated ability to lead virtual webinars or workshops to large audiences
- At least 3-5 years of direct career coaching experience
