A contract research organization has a current position open for a Remote Executive Compensation Manager.

- Supporting overall program management and administration of executive compensation
- Providing analytical support, modeling executive compensation scenerios
- Researching and assessing market prevalence and trends regarding executive compensation design
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of related compensation experience
- Experience in a global public company desirable
- Executive compensation consulting with top consulting companies prior experience desirable
- Advanced excel and modeling skills
- Strong quantitative and analtyical skills
