Job Summary
A global manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products is in need of a Remote Executive Compensation Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review, analyze and enhance existing executive compensation programs
- Develop executive offers to support new hires, promotions, and restructuring
- Proactively conduct analysis and initiate projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-10 years Compensation experience
- 3-5 years in Executive Compensation and equity administration
- Experience developing and presenting senior stakeholder communications on compensation / reward topics
- Experience managing people and vendors
- Advanced analytical problem-solving skills and ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical systematic way
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, finance or accounting
