A company that manufactures and sells device-based medical therapies has a current position open for a Remote Executive Development and Operating Unit Learning Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Planning & identifying Executive Development solutions using wide range of solutions
- Consulting with OU Business Leaders and HR teams on solutions that drive learning and performance outcomes
- Partnering with Talent Management, Executive Committee & Leadership Advisory Panel to align enterprise strategies & business needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- AND 10+ years in Talent CoE (Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development) professional experience
- OR Advanced Degree with 8+ years professional experience in progressively more responsible positions
- 7+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in global environment required
