Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Executive Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing a strategic plan for each school year
• Managing and leading staff
• Creating contracts and any other agreements made

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel to Panama for events
• Bachelor’s degree in dance, business, or arts administration, or related field
• Two or more years of non-profit management experience
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies
• Familiarity with data management software
